Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous industry experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate to excellent knife skills.
• Outgoing, approachable, and enthusiastic.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have proficient knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality ready-to-eat foods including entrées, salads, side dishes and soups.
• Place orders for product; take guest orders via phone and in person.
• Execute recipes for self-service and full service kitchen.
• Provide world-class service to our diverse range of guests while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment.
