Overview

The Manager of this traditional town hotel is seeking a chef de Partie to assist the Head Chef with the running of the kitchen. The property offers all day dining with a breakfast, lunch and evening meal menu, where all dishes are made on site using quality locally sourced seasonal produce cooked to high standards. This hotel is part of a successful group so it is a great opportunity to learn new skills and be able to progress within the company. The Head Chef is looking for a chef de Partie who is capable of running sections in the kitchen and who can work well under pressure.

Requirements

An experienced chef de Partie who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the property's expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background with experience of working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
