Connaught Care is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join its culinary team at a luxury, all-inclusive care home. You’ll prepare nutritious dishes, work with the Head Chef, and take ownership of a kitchen section to deliver restaurant-quality meals that fit residents' needs.

If you bring prior Chef de Partie experience, Level 3 catering and a calm, organized approach, you’ll thrive in a supportive environment with opportunities for mentoring juniors and contributing to seasonal menus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role in hospitality or care setting.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Understanding of specialist diets and allergens; resident-led preferences.
• Ability to lead by example and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality, nutritious dishes per menus and dietary needs.
• Work with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth service.
• Own a designated kitchen section and run it efficiently.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain strict food hygiene and allergen protocols.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and events.
