Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a kitchen team in a luxury care home for older adults. The role focuses on nourishing, restaurant-quality meals tailored to residents’ needs in a high-quality setting.

You will prepare and cook meals, manage specialist diets, and ensure nutrition and hydration standards are met, in a team-driven environment with DBS and right-to-work checks in place.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen compliance.
• Experience with specialist diets, nutrition, hydration, and allergens.
• Ability to deliver high-quality meals consistently.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of texture-modified diets and dietary requirements.

• Supporting the delivery of a fine dining experience.
