José Andrés Group is seeking a Chef de Partie for DiLido Beach Club at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach. This hands-on role manages an assigned kitchen station, executes menu items, and upholds food safety and presentation standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional cooking experience preferred.
• Strong knife skills and culinary fundamentals.
• Experience in upscale casual, fine dining, luxury hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant kitchens is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, and execute menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Own an assigned kitchen station and ensure consistent execution.
• Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation; monitor timing during service.
• Complete mise en place accurately and efficiently; communicate needs to leadership.
• Support culinary leadership and training of junior cooks; contribute to menu development.
