José Andrés Group at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach is seeking a Banquet Cook for the Hotel Ops Department in Miami Beach. You will leverage your knife skills to prep and run a station during busy service and collaborate with a dynamic kitchen team to reproduce menu items that will wow our guests.
