Position Summary:
Crow's Bench restaurant is centered around farm-to-table alpine cuisine, where we make our food from scratch. If you have a passion for global cuisine and a love for learning, this is the job for you. You will be responsible for food preparation, presentation, and keeping a clean kitchen.
License/Certifications - Idaho Food Safety Certification is preferred
Technical - None
Physical Capabilities - Able to stand/walk for whole shift, lift up to 50 lbs
Additional - Worksite is 100% inside and you will be exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards. All sensory skills needed. There is a possibility of outdoor work during summer for operating outdoor grill.
Minimum education required - English reading and writing plus basic math
Minimum time in related position - Restaurant kitchen and line cook experience preferred.
Non-slip shoes required, personal knives are encouraged.
