Le chef Daniel Boulud recherche un Chef de Partie aguerri pour rejoindre son équipe au Restaurant DANIEL. En tant que Chef de Partie, vous serez responsable de la supervision d'une station de cuisine, du respect des normes de qualité et de la formation des membres de l'équipe. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en cuisine, de préférence dans un restaurant français haut de gamme.
• Diplôme en formation culinaire appréciée, mais non requise.

Responsibilities

• Travailler à l'un des postes de la cuisine : Saucier, Rôtisseur, etc.
• Superviser un cuisinier et suivre les instructions du Chef ou Sous-Chef.

World renowned restaurateur, Chef Daniel Boulud, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the brigade at our flagship, Restaurant DANIEL.

Responsibilities:

1. Work one of the following stations: Saucier, Hot Appetizer, Rôtisseur, Poissonnier, or Soupe.
2. Supervise at least one cook and/or a commis at their station.
3. Follow instructions from the Chef or Sous Chef regarding menu changes and station standards.
4. Read and follow recipes and standards accurately.
5. Train employees and maintain health, food quality, and restaurant standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of kitchen experience, preferably in French fine dining.
• Culinary training degree is preferred but not required.
