Maxime’s is a private member’s club by entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City.

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our world-class culinary brigade. With four distinct restaurants, this is an opportunity to work at the very highest level of cuisine.
