Quality Italian, part of Quality Branded, is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine in New York to lead daily kitchen operations and uphold our guest-first approach.

You will oversee scheduling, hiring, and training of hourly staff and partner with the Executive Chef on manager development, ensuring fast-paced service and consistent, high-quality plates for 300+ nightly covers. The role demands strong leadership, culinary excellence, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have high-volume restaurant experience and leadership capabilities.
• Experience as a Sous Chef or higher is preferred for 3+ years.
• Strong track record in fast-paced, guest-focused hospitality.

Responsibilities

They play point on scheduling, hiring and training of the hourly staff and partner with the Executive Chef on manager development.

Candidates must have high volume experience (300+ nightly covers) to be considered.
