Responsibilities

• Lead the opening shift process including food orders and inspections.
• Ensure effective BOH operations and supervise kitchen employees.
• Partner with GM to create prep lists and assign production duties.
• Track and control food cost and manage inventory levels.
• Model teamwork across all teams.
