• Culinary leadership aptitude required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
• Strong understanding of safety and health regulations.
• Experience implementing new food concepts and menus.
• Excellent knowledge of Public Health regulations.
• Must hold safety certifications.
