The Davenport Grand Hotel in Spokane, WA is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead our award-winning culinary team. You will work with the Executive Chef to oversee all aspects of culinary operations, from menu creation and food preparation to kitchen management and team development, ensuring every dish is a masterpiece.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Culinary leadership experience preferred.
• 5+ years cooking experience.
• College degree or certification in culinary/hospitality preferred.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations with the Executive Chef, including menu creation and food preparation.
• Lead and develop the kitchen team and ensure high standards of quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the team to embrace new cooking techniques and premium ingredients.
