Starwood Hotels seeks a Chef de Cuisine to head Valley Goat's kitchen, overseeing all aspects of culinary operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You’ll lead a thoughtful, award-winning team in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation and drive innovation in menu planning and service delivery.

The role requires 3-5 years of similar work experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a background in culinary operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of similar work experience.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Strong leader with proven guest and team engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willing to work a 24-hour operation.

• Passionate about food and a minimum of 3-5 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledgeable of culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
