The Dinex Group, a restaurant group led by renowned Chef Daniel Boulud, is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join its team.
The Chef de Cuisine oversees the overall quality and profitability of the restaurant, ensuring efficient operations, guest satisfaction, achievement of budgeted profit levels, and high employee morale. The role requires close collaboration with the General Manager, communication with Executive and Corporate Chefs, and maintaining relations with building personnel. The Chef de Cuisine supervises all back-of-house staff. This is a full-time, salaried position.
