Job summary

The Northbridge Companies in Wells, ME is seeking a Kitchen Crew member for Friday 3-7p and Saturdays 10:30-7p to support dining services for residents. You’ll rove the dining room and kitchen, helping ensure dishes are prepared, served, and cleaned up under the Culinary Director.

You'll prep, speak with residents about the menu, and keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and safe. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Prep food as needed per Culinary Director.
• Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and ensure satisfaction.
• Serve dishes to residents with kindness.
• Assist in cleaning pots, pans, and keeping the kitchen area clean and orderly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in kitchen and dining areas.
• Reset Dining Room after each meal, keeping it tidy and presentable.
