Responsibilities include following standardized recipes, maintaining portion control, and collaborating with teammates during rush hours. A strong foundation in food prep and teamwork is essential for consistent quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in food prep or commercial kitchen preferred.
• Culinary school education may substitute for experience.
• Bilingual English/Chinese or English/Spanish a plus.
• Mandatory Food Handler/Preparation Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and assembly across stations (spring rolls, bento, wok, beef rolls).
