Great Circle Catering (GCC) is hiring a full-time Chef to support our growing culinary program in Portsmouth, NH. You will lead food preparation, presentation and production for corporate catering, events, and general aviation missions.

The ideal candidate displays strong teamwork, flexibility for weekend shifts and ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain it); a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Description

Great Circle Catering (GCC) is the Seacoast area's premier full-service caterer. GCC operates as a commissary kitchen for corporate catering, social events, food trucks, kiosks, general aviation and military troop flights. We are currently hiring for a full-time Chef for our growing company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute food preparation, presentation and culinary activities
• Participate in military troop production builds
• Catering, special event and banquet production
• Execute existing menus and event orders to a high standard of quality
• Comply with all applicable sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Communication with the Kitchen Manager, Managing Director & Director of Operations
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Other duties as assigned
