Job summary

Great Circle Catering (GCC) is hiring a full-time Chef to support our growing culinary program in Portsmouth, NH. You will lead food preparation, presentation and production for corporate catering, events, and general aviation missions.

The ideal candidate displays strong teamwork, flexibility for weekend shifts and ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain it); a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, weekend availability.
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Execute food preparation, presentation and culinary activities.
• Participate in military troop production builds.
• Catering, special event and banquet production.
• Execute existing menus and event orders to a high standard of quality.
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Communicate with Kitchen Manager, Managing Director & Director of Operations.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
