Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in the United States is seeking a production equipment operator for a 24/7 dairy manufacturing facility. You will operate gable-top carton filling and packaging lines, follow SOPs, and perform routine quality checks and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in food manufacturing; dairy experience preferred.
• Working understanding of food manufacturing acronyms (SQF, QA/QC, HACCP, GMP, SOP, 5S).
• Lift truck certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including gable-top carton filling and packaging lines.
• Follow SOPs and ensure quality through routine sampling and testing.
• Set up codes and cartons, document production records accurately.
• Perform equipment change-overs, CIP/SIP, and cleaning activities.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain GMP and safety procedures.
