Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the 3rd shift in Websterville, VT. You will assist with pasteurization and cheesemaking processes and learn world-class cheese production, with safety and quality as priorities.

This front-line role requires 18+ years, basic computer skills, and ability to read, write, and follow instructions. Shift hours, weekend work, and a starting pay of $21.25 per hour plus $2.00 shift differential; a $2,000 hiring bonus is offered with staged payments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicates work order progress to supervisor and production operators.
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing tasks.
• Adhere to SOPs, GMPs, Safety, Quality and Sanitation plans.
• Identify and report non-conforming product and equipment.
• Be flexible with work performed and schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
