Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to read, write, and understand instructions.
• Strong basic math and ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and perform simple calculations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate aging and packaging steps for aged cheese.
• Monitor processes, take pH/temperature/moisture readings and adjust equipment.
• Ensure sanitation, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs and GMPs.
• Coordinate with cheesemakers and ensure product weights meet specs.
• Record lot numbers and complete quality and accounting paperwork.
• Report equipment issues and non-conforming product to supervisors.
