5+ years in food manufacturing with supervision/mentoring experience.
Experience with processing or packaging systems; troubleshooting skills.
Strong computer skills; able to learn SAP or other manufacturing software.
Able to work weekends, swing, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of hourly employees in the Cheese Department, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
Plan and schedule daily staffing to meet production goals.
Coach and develop team members through training and feedback.
Build trust and recognize performance to improve engagement.
Supervise shift operations to meet productivity and quality standards.
Coordinate with maintenance and QA to ensure timely repairs and compliance.
