Job summary

Grande is hiring for a Conversion Generalist I in Fond du Lac, WI to prepare, package and inspect cheese products in a fast-paced setting. You will load cheese onto production lines, perform quality checks, monitor automated equipment and complete regulatory documentation.

The role also maintains sanitation, ensures correct labeling and coding, and helps identify equipment issues while providing support across the department as needed.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months or more of related work experience in a food manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• High School or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and inspect cheese products in a fast-paced environment.
• Load cheese onto production lines.
• Monitor automated equipment and complete accurate production and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain sanitation standards and ensure proper labeling and coding.
