Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America in Minnesota is seeking a Bagger Operator to support the dryer operations and ensure safe, quality cheese powders meet specifications. You will assist the dryer operator, maintain clean areas, and help with washouts and changeovers.

Responsibilities include labeling, collecting samples, monitoring equipment, and performing routine cleaning and preventive maintenance to uphold DFA standards. A 12-hour shift and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a full 12-hour shift.
• Physically capable of performing duties, including cleaning.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Follow DFA GMPs and regulatory requirements.
• Assist and relieve dryer operator and bagger.
• Maintain top of dryer, tower area and ground floor cleanliness.
• Shutdowns between products and before wash-ups; ensure proper coding and labels.
