Job summary

Affinity Personnel is recruiting for a cheese manufacturer in Corfu, NY to fill multiple packaging and process technician roles. Shifts include 1st (5:00 AM–2:30 PM) and 2nd (2:00 PM–12:30 AM), Mon–Fri. Pay starts at $17.50 per hour plus a differential.

Duties include packaging accurately, following GMPs, maintaining flow, inspecting for defects, and keeping a clean, safe work area while supporting a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Packaging and process workflow understanding.
• Work in a GMP/food-safety environment.

Responsibilities

• Package cheese products accurately and efficiently.
• Follow GMPs and food-safety standards to ensure quality.
• Maintain production flow and uphold quality standards.
• Monitor packaged products for defects and report issues.
• Keep area clean, safe, and organized.
• Adhere to company policies and safety requirements.
• Support in other packaging/production areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team to ensure cooperation.
