Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; food service certification preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items and stand for long periods.
• Experience with packaging, weighing, sealing, and labeling processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, weigh, measure, package, seal and process cheese for retail.
• Operate knives, sealers, cheese cutters and scales per protocol.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food sanitation practices in the area.
• Record samples, temperatures, dates and data on forms as required.
• Follow aging protocol and report any packaging issues to supervision.
