Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of previous work-related experience.
• Food Service Certification required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow cheese aging protocol.
• Measure and weigh product to ensure specifications.
• Slice, cut and package cheese.
• Load products into packaging and sealing equipment.
• Inspect product after sealing for air bubbles or improper packaging.
• Label, weigh and store product to ensure size and shape consistency.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Record temperatures and cleaning logs as required.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete checklists and reporting as needed.
• Follow all food handling guidelines.
