Emmi Roth is seeking a Packaging Team Member to support production in a cheese manufacturing setting. You will load materials, operate packaging equipment, and help ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift and move material, and cooperate with a team to meet daily production targets. Overtime may be required, and adherence to food safety policies is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating packaging machinery is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate electric pallet jacks.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Overtime flexibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery in cheese production to ensure smooth operation.
• Load packaging materials into packaging equipment as needed.
• Move materials within the facility using pallet jacks or other equipment.
• Monitor production lines and perform quality checks to meet standards.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist in inventory management and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Support in packaging finished products and ensure correct labeling.
