Job summary

Cabot Creamery is seeking a Cheese Packaging Manufacturing Specialist for a full-time 40-hour week on the 1st shift (4am–12pm). Base pay is $24.64/hr with a 7–10% night differential and potential rate increases every 6 months for the first two years.

The role involves operating packaging equipment, meeting quality specs, and maintaining records. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and push/pull 55 lbs regularly; opportunities for advancement and training are available.

A great opportunity awaits you to join our Agri-Mark/McCadam/Cabot Creamery team as a Cheese Packaging Manufacturing Specialist. This is a full time (40 hour/week), 1st shift (4am - 12pm) position. It offers a base rate pay of $24.64 per hour and an additional 7-10% night differential added to the base rate. This position also offers eligibility for rate increases every 6 months for the first two years of employment. There are ample opportunities for advancement with this entry level position.

In this role you'll be working as a team, operating the various machinery necessary to manufacture and package cheese in bulk. You will help the team meet and exceed quality specifications as well as ensure accurate records and completed and maintained. This position requires the ability to lift 50lbs. and push/pull 55lbs on a regular basis.
