Emmi Roth, a leader in the specialty cheese industry, is seeking a Packaging Team Member in Wisconsin. You will assist in production, load materials, monitor lines, perform quality checks, and help package cheese products while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities include operating packaging machinery, moving materials with pallet jacks, and collaborating with peers to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience operating packaging machinery preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Basic math skills to perform simple calculations.
• Physically able to lift and move objects as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime or extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and assist in production to ensure smooth, efficient output.
• Collaborate with team and other associates to meet production targets.
• Load packaging and raw materials into equipment.
• Move products and materials safely within the facility using pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Ensure ingredients and materials are ready for production activities.
• Monitor production lines and document quality checks.
• Inspect products for defects before packaging and distribution.
• Package finished cheese products and label accurately; operate packaging machinery as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, and work areas.
