Job summary

Marathon Cheese Corporation in Booneville, MS is hiring Line Workers to feed cheese onto a state-of-the-art production line for wrapping and packaging. Starting pay is $19 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour shift differential on 2nd shift and $1.50 on 3rd shift; excellent and affordable benefits are provided.

Duties include setting up and weighing product, packing into boxes, stacking pallets, inspecting seals and dates, using box erecting and labeling equipment, and performing sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Feed cheese onto state-of-the-art production line for wrapping and packaging.
• Compliance with GMP, SQF and established safety rules and regulations.
• Set-up scales, operate scales to weigh product for packaging.
• Pack cheese product into boxes, stack boxes on pallets and inspect seals and date codes.
• Understand and utilize box erecting, case sealing, and labeling equipment.
• Perform sanitation of the work area and equipment as needed.
