Our Booneville Plant opened in 1962 and has been steady growing strong in the community. We are currently seeking a 3rd Shift Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician. Qualifications

• Demonstrate a high mechanical aptitude and the ability to problem-solve.
• Proficient in reading & writing English, and solving basic math problems.
• Knowledge of industrial electronics, including PLCs, drives, schematics, and ladder logic.
• Strong team player who can give and receive constructive feedback.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers, co-workers, management and the public.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Education & Experience

• Associates Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field. Willingness to pursue further education to keep up with technological advancements.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Provide technical support to the production environment ensuring proper functioning equipment producing consistent quality products.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems on high-speed cheese packaging lines.
• Install and remove new and existing equipment as needed.
• Ability to fabricate and machine stainless steel and other materials used in the facility.

Core Hours

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:45 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Saturday hours are generally 5:45 a.m. to 12 p.m.
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 1:45 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Saturday hours are generally 11:45 a.m. to 6 p.m.
3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:45 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Saturday hours are generally 5:45 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Saturdays are usually six hour shifts. Availability of Saturday hours are dependent on production and staffing needs.
