Job summary

Marathon Cheese Corporation is seeking a packaging associate to support cheese processing operations in a clean manufacturing environment. You will open product, feed cheese onto cutting equipment, and adjust machinery as needed to maintain production flow.

Responsibilities include packing, palletizing, inspecting seals and code dates, and performing sanitation tasks. Readiness to work first/further shifts with potential Saturday hours is required, with adherence to GMP and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Open product and feed cheese onto cutting equipment; adjust equipment as needed.
• Comply with GMP, SQF and safety rules.
• Move pallets, perform basic cleanup and assist other positions as needed.
• Pack cheese into boxes, stack on pallets, and inspect seals and code dates.
• Operate box erecting, case sealing and labeling equipment.
• Sanitize work area and equipment as required.
