Job summary

Jimbo is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate for its Specialty Department. You will assist customers with inquiries, special orders and returns while maintaining a clean, well-stocked department and ensuring proper pricing and merchandising.

You will gain knowledge of cheese, wine and beer pairings, handle inventory, and follow health regulations. A Food Handler’s Certificate within 10 days of employment is preferred, and a positive attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, special orders and returns

• Handle merchandise returns and reduce loss by proper documentation
• Assist with inventory and store policies adherence
• Provide knowledge on wine and cheese pairings to help customers
