Uncle Gs Management Corp. is seeking a Cheese Clerk for our gourmet store. You will slice, serve, and share knowledge with customers while keeping displays fresh, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

You will support a positive customer experience, merchandise cheese, and maintain a sanitary work area, with opportunities to grow within the company. Strong English skills and an interest in cheese are important.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year retail food experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for cheese.
• Highly organized and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience with enthusiastic, informational service.
• Observes and supports all store rules and company policies.
• A Cheese Clerk packs, labels and merchandises cheese and related items according to Uncle Giuseppe’s policies.
• Maintains the entire work area in a clean and sanitary condition and follows all safety procedures.
• Performs all other duties and functions as assigned
