Job summary

Sabrosura Foods, LLC in Monroe, WI is seeking a Cheese Cutter Float to operate the crane and cheese cutter for packaging, loading, labeling, bagging, weighing, boxing and palletizing. The role requires strict adherence to GMP, sanitation, safety, timekeeping and personal conduct rules.

You will work in a fast-paced production environment, perform daily setup and material handling, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane and cheese cutter for packaging including loading, labeling, bagging, weighing, boxing, and palletizing.
• Ensure GMP and sanitation practices are followed and maintain accurate records.
• Set up equipment and assist with daily production schedule.
• Maintain safety and PPE protocol compliance and report unsafe conditions.

JobResponsibilities:

• Utilizecranesystemincludingsetup,handcontrols,movingofforms,properloading/unloadingofforms while monitoring cables to prevent twisting and pinching
• SetupanduseofGrinderandCutterincludingcarriage/harp/basketalongwithknowledgeofdaily schedule; proper insertion of product and forms as needed
• Cheeserecoveryincludingscrapingbottomofpalletsandpansforbrownprocesstubs
• Knowledgeofcolorcodesystemusedforprocessingcheeseincludingcheesetypespecificsforproduction
• StrictadherencetoGMPs;Keepareaclean
• StrictadherencetoSafety/PPEprotocolsandprocedures;reportingunsafeconditionstoplant management

Monday-Friday 4:30am -3:00pm, overtime as required
