Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package menu items to company standards.
• Prep all food items to company standards.
• Hold and store food items following food safety guidelines.
• Keep restaurant stocked to run smooth shifts.
• Suggest additional menu items to guests to generate sales.
• Enter guests' orders accurately into the POS system.
• Provide a warm, friendly greeting to guests.
• Explain menu and answer product questions for all guests.
• Inform management when back-of-house equipment needs service or inventory is needed.
• Keep restaurant clean, including kitchen, storage, dining room and back-of-house areas.
• Clean and maintain equipment to company standards.
