Job summary

Houston Dose is seeking a Central Checkout Associate to lead the operation of the Central Checkout department, training and developing Partners to consistently deliver superior customer service.

The role requires maintaining sanitation standards, monitoring inventory, and ensuring SOP compliance while handling front-end transactions and directing customer flow. Flexibility for opening/closing shifts and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation of the Central Checkout department.
• Train and develop Partners to deliver superior customer service.
• Monitor sanitation standards and inventory control.
• Review and approve cash register transactions and overrides/refunds.
• Direct customer traffic to expedite throughput and assist with Business Center transactions.
• Maintain 100% in-stock conditions and assist with product ordering.
