VTEX is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Checkout to define and execute the future of checkout for both B2B and B2C.

You will work with engineering, design, growth, and commercial teams to build a best-in-class checkout experience and drive migration to Fast Checkout.

This remote-first role emphasizes data-driven decisions, strategic vision, and cross-functional leadership to raise conversion and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product direction for e-commerce or checkout-related products.
• Proven ability to translate data into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, growth, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the future of checkout at VTEX.
• Rethink how merchants extend and customize VTEX experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to launch new features.
• Influence internal teams, including FastStore.
• Lead adoption strategy for FastCheckout and migrations.
• Develop and maintain a clear road map balancing short-term impact and long-term growth.
• Partner with Growth and Commercial teams to align go-to-market strategies.
• Use data-driven decision-making to optimize checkout performance and UX.
