Job summary

Spec's Family Partners is seeking a Front-End Associate to deliver exceptional customer service at the register. You will handle cash transactions, upsell add-ons, and ensure accurate pricing while maintaining a neat checkout area.

The role requires compliance with store policies, including ID checks when needed and adherence to safety standards. The position supports both full-time and part-time hours, with shifts including Fridays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or willing to learn.
• Cashier experience or willingness to learn cash handling and customer service.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle money accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and follow service script.
• Operate cash register, process payments, issue receipts, and balance till.
• Assist with upselling add-ons and charity options at checkout.
• Maintain clean, organized checkout area and stock as needed.
• Check IDs when required and ensure legal sale per regulations.
• Provide accurate pricing, scan items, and manage coupons.
