Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and assist customers at the checkout.
• Process transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Understand and operate the POS system; handle cash, checks, credit/debit, and loyalty offers.
• Follow policies on cash shortages/overages and prevent loss.
• Adhere to guidelines for restricted sale items (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs).
• Ensure pricing accuracy and report discrepancies to the Scan Coordinator.
