Job summary

The Honickman Companies in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage loading operations, direct 15–20 hourly staff, and oversee daily inventory control and safety initiatives. POSITION SUMMARY:

Effective management of loading operations to include orders filling/loading of applicable delivery vehicles. Provide direction of 15-20 hourly employees. Oversees product breakage management.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 2 years Warehouse Supervisory experience;OR5 years Warehouse Supervisory experience.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Related training or certification.

Experience working in a team environment.
