• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documentation.
• Process disputes per policy to issue credits or contact other banks.
• Provide status and outcome letters to customers.
• Work with branches to mitigate unauthorized activity and refer fraud products.
• Escalate cases to Risk Investigations as needed and assist law enforcement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
