As a CHB Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ imports move smoothly, compliantly, and on time. You will manage end‑to‑end customs brokerage operations for a dedicated portfolio of accounts, partnering closely with customers, carriers, government agencies, and internal teams. This role is well suited for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and motivated to build expertise in customs brokerage while contributing directly to service delivery and operational excellence.
In this role, you will contribute directly to enhancing customer experience, ensuring compliance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the adoption of standardized processes and digital tools across customs brokerage operations.
Full Time
$56,000 - $60,000* (anticipated starting salary range)
