Chatterboxes is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for an established elementary school placement in Virginia from December 2026 through June 2027. You will support an existing caseload while collaborating with a clinical community focused on growth, wellbeing, and professional connection.

The role emphasizes developing IEP goals, conducting evaluations, and coordinating with teachers and families to carry skills into daily learning, with a mix of virtual and on-site services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Virginia SLP license is required before services begin.

• Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills.
• Comfort delivering elementary school services both in person and virtually.

We're an SLP-owned practice seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to step into an established placement in Virginia, from December 2026 through June 2027.

You'll support an existing elementary school caseload while staying connected to a clinical community built around collaboration, growth, and wellbeing.

About the placement

• Initial Coverage period: December 2026-June 2027
• Schedule: Full-time, following the district's school calendar.
• Setting: Elementary School.
• Caseload structure: The school's speech-language services and evaluations are shared between this full-time position and another SLP providing 0.5 FTE support.
• Service delivery: The current arrangement includes virtual services M-F.
