Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably automotive.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends as required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Analytical problem solving and effective decision-making.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Broad understanding of automobile parts and vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and technical information to understand chassis features and specs.
• Perform chassis evaluations of motors, transmissions, suspensions, brakes and ride quality.
• Audit assembly processes to identify root causes and propose countermeasures.
• Collaborate with teams to investigate quality issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain records of testing and auditing; update countermeasure data.
• Generate detailed reports, identify trends and share findings with stakeholders.
