• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 2–5 years in manufacturing (auto) environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Analytical problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work calmly and with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Review drawings and technical information to understand features and specifications of chassis components.
• Perform chassis evaluations of components including motors, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, and ride/handling quality; document concerns.
• Audit assembly processes to identify root causes and communicate findings; develop countermeasures with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to investigate root causes and implement countermeasures across departments.
• Maintain comprehensive records of concerns and update countermeasure data; ensure documentation is accessible.
• Generate detailed reports identifying trends and root causes; distribute findings to relevant departments.
