Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Chassis/Interior/Electrical Serviceability Lead based in Auburn Hills, MI. You will ensure early product designs meet service requirements for chassis, interior, and electrical systems, assess future designs and drive design changes to improve repairability and reduce costs.

You will collaborate with chassis engineering, program management, and documentation teams, translate field experience into technical guidance, and help prepare training and support materials while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or Engineering Technology or related field.
• 5 years of automotive repair or related experience with chassis systems.
• Experience applying field repair techniques and industry practices.
• Proficiency with CAD and interfacing with 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Lead serviceability for chassis/interior/electrical domains and assess design changes for repair cost efficiency.
• Interface with chassis engineering, program management, and documentation teams on serviceability issues.
• Transfer product knowledge to training, documentation authors, and contact center personnel.
• Perform vehicle serviceability assessments and record best/worst repair practices.
