Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in chassis design focused on Brake Systems, Cooling Systems, and Steering Systems.
• 2+ years managing an Engineering Department or Section is a plus.
• Experience with pickup trucks, SUVs, and off-road vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of chassis systems for several vehicle types.
• Manage and support the design team, ensuring goals and budgets align.
• Engage in stakeholder management across various teams, including Engineering and Marketing.
